Olivia joined Blankenship and Seay Consulting Group in 2016. She is a graduate of Auburn University. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston. Her areas of practice include pre-employment selection, leadership development and training, 360-degree feedback surveys, employee coaching, job analysis, conflict management, and team building. She specializes in leadership development and on-going coaching of high-potential employees. She works with a wide range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and banking.
