mark_bwMark is a partner of the firm. He has an undergraduate degree from Auburn University and a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Mississippi State University. He joined Blankenship & Seay Consulting Group in 1990. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for Pasquale Custom Food Company in Birmingham. Particular areas of specialty include executive and workstyle assessments, job analysis, validation studies, selection systems design, and organizational surveys.

Mark has conducted validation studies and developed selection systems for managerial, sales, customer service, supervisory, technical, and hourly positions in a variety of organizations including the steel, electric, gas utility, off shore drilling, and insurance industries. He is a member of the American Psychological Society, Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology, American Educational Research Association, and Measurement and Research Design (Division D). Mark is married and has three children: a son and two daughters.
