Overview:
The Executive Leader Program is designed for senior leaders, usually within the top 2 levels of their organization. Participants have 15+ years of management experience and are responsible for over 100 employees. The emphasis is on self-awareness, personal and professional effectiveness, talent management, and strategic thinking. The program is by invitation only.
Features:
- In-depth assessment - a thorough evaluation using 360-Degree assessments, evaluation against key leadership competencies, and written peer feedback from other participants in the class
- Goal setting - individual work time is used to plan actions steps relating to the topics discussed during the day
- Peer interaction - learn best practices from leaders from around the country, from a vast range of industries
- One-on-one coaching - Follow-up coaching sessions (2) with a psychologist helps to solidify learning and plan additional leadership goals
- Group coaching - forum for discussing leadership challenges
- Communication/Presentation skills assessment and feedback - participants make a video-taped presentation and receive coaching from others in the class and the psychologist
