Announcing Two New Tests
Customer Service Team Member Inventory
The Customer Service Team Member Inventory (CSTM) is designed for any customer-facing, service-orientated, non-management role.
The CSTM takes about 30 minutes to complete online and measures workplace judgment, workplace personality, and motivation in order to predict a wider range of applicant behaviors and competencies. Several research studies have shown that compared to individuals scoring in the bottom 25% of the CSTM, individuals scoring in the top 25% of the CSTM are:
- 4.8 times stronger in job performance
- 5.4 times stronger in teamwork
- 4.8 times stronger in quality
- 3.8 times stronger in decision making
- 3.7 times stronger in customer satisfaction
- 6.7 times stronger in management potential
The Dependability and Safety Instrument (DSI) can quickly and accurately identify highly reliable and dependable candidates and is particularly suited to non-managerial operational roles. The assessment takes approximately 5 -7 minutes to complete online and gives decision-makers the benefit of a single output score. Specifically, it will measure the likelihood that a candidate will:
- Arrive on time
- Return from breaks on time
- Take safety seriously
- Check their work thoroughly
- Handle stressful situations
- Handle conflict effectively
- Keep an even temper
Validation research for the DSI has been done across the following sectors: Manufacturing, Production, Hospitality, Retail and Transportation. Here are some examples of the findings:
High scoring applicants (top 30%) compared to low scoring applicants are nearly twice as likely to be the most productive workers and twice as likely to be highly rated for customer service
Higher scoring applicants (top 30%) compared to lower scoring applicants are seen by managers as being 3 to 4 times more safe on the job.
