Cultural Diversity and Equity Awareness

This training involves developing a shared vocabulary to ground conversations and understanding the impact of personal biases, power, and privilege. Participants are invited to get comfortable with vulnerability and commit to ongoing learning.

Building a Respectful and Inclusive Workplace

The training focuses on the importance of building a foundation for a workplace that values the unique qualities of each individual and developing empathy and respect for others.
